Job summary

Weekday (YC W21) in Mumbai is seeking an Associate level candidate for Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing in mid-luxury real estate projects. The role requires building and maintaining a strong CP network across SoBo and western Mumbai, with a focus on sourcing for projects above 2 crores.

You will manage channel partners, drive leads, site visits, and closures, and work closely with the sales team to achieve targets in Oshiwara or Goregaon.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing.
• Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai up to Mira Road or Bhayander.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and business-focused.
• Real estate experience is mandatory.
• Should have recently worked in mid-luxury project starting from 2 crores

Responsibilities

• Handle Channel Partner sourcing for the assigned market.
• Should have worked on mid-luxury projects above 2 crores+.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
• Current CP DAR in Sobo & Western till Bhayander.
• Active CP must be okay to work for projects in Oshiwara or Goregaon.
• Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
• Generate business through the CP network.
• Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
• Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets
