Job summary

ANAROCK is seeking a Sourcing & Closing Manager with a proven track record in real estate to drive sourcing and deal closures in South Bombay. You will leverage your network of channel partners, brokers, and developers to source premium properties and negotiate successful closures.

The role requires building strong relationships, identifying new projects, and coordinating with internal teams to hit sourcing and sales targets in a fast-paced luxury market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing.
• Strong knowledge of the South Bombay real estate market.
• Existing channel partner network and luxury real estate exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
