Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a dynamic Solar EPC Sales Leader to manage end-to-end sales for 80MW+ grid-connected projects across industrial, commercial, and utility segments in India. You will identify and convert high-value leads, structure bids, and align commercial terms with technical and financial teams.

The role calls for building strategic relationships with state departments, ESCOs, and EPC contractors, while driving revenue forecasts, ROIs, and risk mitigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar EPC sales and bid management.
• Ability to build ROI models and align with project economics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with state energy departments and EPC contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solar EPC sales for 80MW+ projects—identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads from industrial parks, IPPs, and state DISCOMs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, structure project bids, and manage RFP/RFQ responses with technical, legal, and financial alignment.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across state energy departments, ESCOs, and EPC contractors.
• Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to design competitive, bankable solar proposals with ROI models and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Track pipeline metrics, forecast quarterly revenue, and achieve assigned sales targets with monthly reporting to leadership.
• Represent the company at solar expos, industry meetups, and government forums to strengthen brand visibility and market intelligence.
