Job summary

talentwaveservice is seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive solar EPC projects across Delhi NCR, Haryana and UP. You will lead end-to-end tender processes, engage with government bodies, DISCOMs and EPC partners, and push for large-scale installations while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of proven solar tender experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a robust local network to accelerate project acquisition and growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven sales experience in Solar EPC with focus on government tenders or large commercial projects.
• Strong tender management and project acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Wide network in Delhi NCR’s solar industry ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire government, commercial, and industrial solar projects in Delhi NCR, Haryana, and UP.
• Lead tender bidding processes—from identifying opportunities to submission and negotiation.
• Liaise with government departments, DISCOMs, corporate decision-makers, and EPC partners.
• Keep track of state-specific solar policies, subsidies, and tender releases.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on large-scale installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire Government, Commercial, and Industrial solar projects in Delhi NCR, Haryana, and UP
• Lead tender bidding processes—from identifying opportunities to submission and negotiation
• Liaise with government departments, DISCOMs, corporate decision-makers, and EPC partners
• Keep track of state-specific solar policies, subsidies, and tender releases
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on large-scale installations
• Drive business growth through personal network and relationship management

Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
