Job summary

Plugzmart in India designs, deploys, and manages solar projects, driving end-to-end execution from feasibility through commissioning. You will coordinate with EPCs, equipment suppliers, grid authorities, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across geographies.

The role demands onsite construction oversight, safety and quality control, and rigorous schedule management with MS Project or Primavera, along with MNRE/DISCOM compliance and efficient handover to O&M.

Qualifications

• MS Project proficiency required.
• Primavera P6 proficiency required.
• Solar PV system design knowledge is essential.
• EPC project management experience is required.
• Experience interfacing with DISCOMs is preferred.
• MNRE compliance familiarity is required.
• Site feasibility analysis capability is required.
• Understanding grid interconnection processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar PV projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, suppliers, grid authorities and internal teams.
• Manage onsite construction activities, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare and monitor schedules using MS Project or Primavera; provide dashboards.
• Navigate MNRE guidelines, DISCOM approvals, and environmental clearances.
• Oversee post-commissioning handover to O&M and ensure documentation completeness.

About The Opportunity

A dynamic player in the Renewable Energy & Solar Infrastructure sector, we design, deploy, and manage utility-scale and commercial solar projects across India—from site acquisition and permitting to grid integration and commissioning. Our mission is to accelerate India’s clean energy transition by delivering bankable, operationally robust, and technologically advanced solar assets on time and within budget.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar PV projects—from feasibility assessment through commissioning—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, grid authorities, and internal engineering/finance teams to drive seamless project delivery.
• Manage onsite construction activities, including safety compliance, quality control, and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera, and deliver regular progress dashboards to senior leadership and investors.
• Navigate regulatory and permitting landscapes, including MNRE guidelines, DISCOM approvals, and environmental clearances.
• Oversee post-commissioning performance validation and handover to O&M teams, ensuring operational readiness and documentation completeness.
