Job summary

Zoho Bengaluru is seeking a ServiceNow SOM Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our delivery team. You will configure, customize, test and support SOM solutions, collaborating with senior developers and architects.

Responsibilities include developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs, working with Flow Designer and REST APIs, and ensuring quality through unit testing and deployments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOM / Service Operations Workspace.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions.
• Basic understanding of Flow Designer and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, forms, lists, roles, and update sets.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
