Job summary

Codincity Digital Technologies in Chennai seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. You will customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards, and create documentation for all implementations.

The role requires 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with teamwork and mentoring for junior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, and custom applications
• Proficiency in creating complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and scheduled jobs
• Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques including REST, SOAP, web services, and MID servers
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-HR, etc.)
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Service Mapping
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Experience with other complementary technologies (SQL, PowerShell, etc.)
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations
• Knowledge of GRC modules and implementation
• Experience in a medium to large enterprise environment
