We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) with 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience and strong expertise in IT Service Management implementations, platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and solution design.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions while driving process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across ITSM processes. This role requires strong hands‑on development expertise combined with technical leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build and optimize Service Catalogs, Employee Center, and self‑service experiences.
• Design workflow automations and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Support platform upgrades, ATF testing, release management, and governance activities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive service improvements.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture discussions.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog).
• Experience building custom applications and workflow automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Employee Center, Service Portal, Knowledge Management, Performance Analytics.
• Exposure to Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or FSM.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
