Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to drive platform-based automation and integrations in Bengaluru. You will work on architecture, data models, and security while delivering scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.

Key tasks include leading technical teams, designing REST/SOAP integrations, and mentoring juniors. Strong scripting, architectural, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture (multi-instance, multi-tenant).
• Hands-on with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM modules including CMDB relationships.
• Experience designing REST and SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Proficient scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and App Engine/Scoped Apps.
• Knowledge of CMDB data model and security best practices.
• Leadership and collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

Job description

Hands-on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow automation, and Integration Hub, enabling efficient process automation. Skilled in REST and SOAP integrations, as well as working with MID Server for external system connectivity.

In-depth knowledge of data management (Import Sets, Transform Maps), access controls (ACLs, roles), and platform security best practices. Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and SLA configurations to support operational insights.

Familiar with Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and modern UI enhancements. Understanding of ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
