Job summary

V2 Solutions seeks a skilled ServiceNow Consultant in Hyderabad to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will implement ITSM, ITOM, and CSM processes with strong focus on healthcare workflows and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

With 4+ years of hands-on experience, you will collaborate with stakeholders, develop business rules and UI policies, and support upgrades and performance tuning in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in ITSM, ITOM and CSM.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
• Exposure to healthcare industry processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Configure and maintain ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer workflows, and custom apps.
• Support upgrades, release management, and performance optimization.
• Create technical documentation and provide production support.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.

• Configure and maintain ITOM capabilities: Discovery Service Mapping CMDB Event Management Operational Intelligence (preferred)
• Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
