Job summary

Atidan Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, Finance, MDM, and custom apps. The role drives platform enhancements, automation, and governance, with lead-level responsibilities in technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.

You will design solutions, build integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub, and contribute to Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• CMDB/CSDM concepts and integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Developing custom applications and automations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, SPM, Finance, MDM, and custom applications.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalog items, and scoped applications.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Support CMDB, CSDM, platform upgrades, testing, and enhancement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge assets.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and support release activities.
• Lead-level candidates will provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, mentor developers, define development standards, and collaborate with architects and business stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Lead Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, Finance, MDM, and custom applications. The role will contribute to platform development, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to architecture standards, development best practices, and governance processes.

Candidates with lead-level experience will also provide technical leadership, solution design guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery oversight.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with SPM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, MDM, Service Portal, or Employee Center.
• Experience with Discovery and CMDB initiatives.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications.
