Job summary

Ecolab Quimica Ltda. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Responsibilities include building ServiceNow solutions, configuring with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations (server-side and client-side).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB and ITSM.
• Familiarity with ITOM, HRSD and security best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CSM/ITSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
• Customize applications with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain modules like ITSM, CSM, ITOM, MCO, and Finance Management.
• Build and support REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub integrations.
• Create workflows, Flow Designer, ETL, and DataFabric connectors; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Support upgrades, patches, and releases; document solutions and maintain knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements; follow SDLC and Agile/Scrum.

Job Summary.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
• - Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• - Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM , CSM, APO , MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
• - Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• - Create and manage workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, tranformation
• - Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
• - Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
• - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• - Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
• - Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
• - Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• (server‑side and client‑side)
• - In‑depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
• - Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)
• - Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM
• - Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD.
• - Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices
• - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• - ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• - Certified Application Developer (CAD)
