Job summary

Ecolab Food Safety & Hygiene Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, Finance Management, and MCO modules. You will build integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub, and manage catalogs, workflows, and data flows.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with CMDB/Discovery and ITOMHRSD.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations (server-side and client-side).
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with Finance Management and MCO processes (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable).
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM.
• Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD.
• Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer with advance Level coding skills.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM , CSM, APO , MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
