We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across key ServiceNow modules and the ability to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and related platform capabilities
• Customize and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Service Portal components
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
• Perform unit testing, support system integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain platform performance and reliability
• Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Hands‑on experience with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
• Experience in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with performance tuning and platform optimization
