Responsibilities include dealer visits for technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of cases with regional service managers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience as a service engineer, preferably in 2W EV sector.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers to provide technical assistance and resolve service issues.
• Diagnose 2W EVs to identify mechanical, electrical and software problems.
• Manage and process warranty claims with dealers and service centers.
• Document and report warranty issues and resolutions.
• Perform root cause analysis of failed components with quality team.

• Monitor and resolve field service cases with on-spot solutions when needed.
• Collaborate with regional service managers to run operations smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues, managing warranty claims, visiting dealers for technical support, and coordinating field operations. The Service Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction across the dealer network.

• Conduct regular visits to dealers to provide technical assistance and resolve service-related issues
• Perform diagnostics on 2W EVs to identify mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Manage and process warranty claims in coordination with dealers and service centers
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of warranty issues and resolutions
• Conduct root cause analysis of failed components and liaise with the quality team for corrective actions
• Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely support and resolution of issues at dealer locations
• Monitor service cases in the field, providing on-the-spot solutions when needed
