Job summary

DriveX Mobility seeks a Service Coordinator for its 2W Rental business in Bangalore. You will plan and track express and periodic service, coordinate with workshops and service centers, and ensure refurbishments close within SLA.

You will act as the single point for rider-reported issues via app, call, or WhatsApp. The role requires 1–3 years in 2W service advisory or fleet ops, with basic knowledge of 2W ICE/EV and a Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan & track express&periodic service, breakdown repairs, accident jobs, refurb for all fleet -2Ws.
• Liaise with DriveX workshop/authorized centers and close jobs.
• Ensure service targets and refurb closes within SLA; post-repair QC.
• Single point for rider-reported issues via app/call/WhatsApp; triage severity.
• Track open tickets to closure; update riders on ETA.

• Drive TAT:Ensure Service, Pre-Receival Inspection, Pre-Delivery Inspection, Customerexperience, Refurb jobs close within Service Level Agreement
• Dopost-repair quality check before vehicle goes back on-road
• Singlepoint for rider-reported issues via app/call/WhatsApp

Requirements
