Job summary

Kinetic Group is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to support our 2W EV service operations. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues, managing warranty claims, and coordinating field activities across the dealer network.

The ideal candidate will conduct dealer visits for technical support, perform diagnostics on 2W EVs, and ensure documentation and reporting of warranty issues. 3–7 years of experience in service engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience as a service engineer, preferably in 2W/EV.
• Willingness to travel to dealer locations for field service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot 2W EVs across dealer network.
• Manage and process warranty claims with dealers and service centers.
• Conduct regular dealer visits for technical support.

• Perform diagnostics on 2W EVs to identify mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Manage and process warranty claims in coordination with dealers and service centers
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of warranty issues and resolutions
• Conduct root cause analysis of failed components and liaise with the quality team for corrective actions
• Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely support and resolution of issues at dealer locations
• Monitor service cases in the field, providing on-the-spot solutions when needed
• Work closely with regional service managers to ensure smooth service operations across the region
• Collaborate with dealers to manage customer escalations and ensure positive service experiences
