Job summary

Pinnacle Mobility Solutions is seeking an on-site service engineer to diagnose and resolve HV/LV systems in EVs and heavy commercial vehicles. You will travel to dealer and customer locations for technical support, ensure adherence to SOPs, and assist in spare parts planning and warranty decisions.

You will monitor product performance, document service activities, and share bulletins with dealer staff. Effective communication and training delivery are essential to maintain high customer

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HV and LV electrical systems in EVs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of EV and HCV systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service SOPs.
• Ability to create and interpret technical service reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and spare parts planning.
