Job summary

Kinetic Group in India is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to support our 2W EV service operations. You will diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, manage warranty claims, visit dealers for technical support, and coordinate field operations to ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction across the dealer network.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–7 years of hands‑on service experience, preferably in the 2W or EV sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of experience as a service engineer, preferably in 2W or EV sector

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers to provide technical assistance and resolve service issues.
• Diagnostics on 2W EVs to identify mechanical, electrical and software faults.
• Manage and process warranty claims with dealers and service centers.
• Document and report warranty issues and resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failed components with quality teams for corrective actions.
• Coordinate field service activities to ensure timely support at dealer locations.
• Monitor field service cases and provide on-the-spot solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with regional service managers to ensure smooth operations across the region.
• Work with dealers to handle customer escalations and ensure positive service experiences.
