Job summary

The Hiring Club is seeking a qualified professional in Kerala to oversee service, warranty, and spares for dealers in North & Central Kerala. You will train dealer technicians, manage spares sales and inventory, and handle warranty processes across the region.

Responsibilities include developing dealer service infrastructure, auditing tools, expanding the ASC network, and providing product analyses with regular reports. Strong communication in English and Malayalam is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, computer and internet usage.
• Fluent English and Malayalam are mandatory; Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service, Warranty & Spares for Kerala Dealers (North & Central).
• Conduct Dealer Technician Training.
• Oversee Spares sales and inventory control.
• Handle Warranty management.
• P.G.O. development and training.
• Activate and upgrade Dealer Service Station infrastructure.
• Audit dealer tools & equipment.
• Develop secondary service network (ASC).
• Analyze products and submit regular reports.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Manage Legal/CDRF cases.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: BE (Automobile/ MechEngg)


• Tech Qualification: MS Office, computer & internet knowledge


• Specialization Required: Automobile field


• Experience: 2 - 3 Years experience in Automobile


• Field. EV experience is preferred


• Communication Skills: English & Malayalam is must and Hindi communication is preferred .


• Should be willing to travel 15 20 days in a month.
