• Liaisewith DriveX workshop, Authorized service centers / popup Service Staton forestimates, and job closure
• Drive TAT:Ensure Service, Pre-Receival Inspection, Pre-Delivery Inspection, Customerexperience, Refurb jobs close within Service Level Agreement
• Dopost-repair quality check before vehicle goes back on-road
