Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is hiring a Field Service Engineer for on-site support across Rajpura and nearby sites. You will assist client teams, identify issues, and help keep equipment running with swift onsite resolutions.

The role requires a diploma/ITI in mechanical/electrical disciplines, 6 months to 1 year of service experience, and hands-on skills in panel wiring and tool handling. Local residency and own vehicle are essential, with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in service/support/installation in AgriTech or Industrial Automation.
• Experience in Electrical Panel Wiring.
• Experience in handling Mechanical Tools.
• Proficient in operating Computers.
• Must reside locally where machines are installed.
• Able to travel daily in 12-hour shifts and must have own vehicle.
• Fluent in Hindi, English and local language of service region.

Responsibilities

• Support client teams for quick resolution at the site.
• Identify/report issues and rectify through the Support Team per escalation matrix.
• Prepare and manage an Issue Tracker for each machine.
• Ensure minimum breakdown time as per Service Manager targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Support the client and their team for quick resolution of their queries and issues at the site.
• Identify/report the issues/incidents and rectify them through the Support Team while following the escalation matrix.
• Prepare and manage an Issue Tracker for each machine they are responsible for.
• Ensure the minimum breakdown time as per the targets provided by the Service Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI Holders in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics Fields
• 6month -1 years of experience working for service/support/installation departments of AgriTech or Industrial Automation companies.
• Experienced in Electrical Panel Wiring
• Experienced in handling Mechanical Tools
• Proficient in operating Computers
• Belong from or at the local location where the machines will be installed.
• Ability to travel daily to the site in shifts of 12 hours and must possess their own vehicle.
• Fluent in Hindi, English and the Local Language of their Service Region.
