Job summary

Tarun Scientific Instruments is seeking a Service Engineer to join our field team in Tamil Nadu. You will travel on-site to troubleshoot machinery, provide after-sales support, and help install and maintain equipment for customers.

You should communicate clearly with customers and team members, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and contribute to preventive maintenance strategies and user manual updates. Training will be provided for freshers or those with 1+ years in field service.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 1+ years in technical field service management.
• Ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own.
• Installation, Troubleshoot and maintains equipment for customers.
• ITI / Diploma / BE advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Travel on-site to troubleshoot client machinery.
• Provide after-sales support and preventive maintenance planning.
• Update user manuals and ensure clear communication with customers and team.

As a TSI Service engineer, you are the face of your company, traveling on-site to troubleshoot the issues your client has with the machinery. After Sales support, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times. Clear communication with team members and customers. Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking\Organizational skills and tasks management.
