Job summary

Ratnaparkhi Electronic Industries is seeking a service technician to install machines, provide after-installation support, and train users. The role requires traveling daily to the posted city and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth operation. You'll prepare detailed service reports and contribute to improving machine performance.

Candidates with Diploma/ITI/Engineering in Electrical and Electronics, or equivalent vocational training, are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ ITI /Engineering in the filed of Electrical and electronics required or preferred.
• Associate degrees with vocational training also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation.
• Customer support after installation.
• Application training, attend breakdowns, trouble shooting etc.
• Planning advance service plans to ensure smooth operation.
• Work in teams and delegate work among them so the work can be conducted in a fast pace.
• Make detailed service reports on all the work that is done on each machine.
• Working on improving the performance of the machine.
• Daily activity report to the company.
• Candidate should be willing to travel on the posted city on daily basis.
