Job summary

Mindron Meditech in Mumbai invites a skilled Service Engineer with strong electronics and electrical engineering background to join our field service team. The role involves hardware and software installation, on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with OEMs to deliver seamless technical support.

You will conduct field visits across India, resolve customer issues promptly, provide hands-on training to field service engineers, and prepare detailed service reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
• 1–6 years in hardware/software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience in medical equipment servicing is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site field service.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently with minimal downtime.
