Job summary

Zepcruit is seeking a field service technician to visit customer sites for installation, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance. You will identify and rectify technical problems in products and coordinate with customers and the service team for timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or ITI and 1-3 years of experience in service/technical support, with a focus on clear communication and adherence to safety guidelines. On-site role based in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, India.
