Job summary

Online Tek Support It Services in Mumbai seeks skilled IT support professionals to install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices. You will provide hardware and software support, including Windows OS installations and upgrades, and diagnose issues across desktop, application, and user accounts.

Experience with CCTV, DVR/NVR, and Access Control systems is a plus. On-site field support and preventive maintenance at customer locations are key parts of this

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and configuring laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Proficient in Windows OS installation and system upgrades.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, application, and user account issues.
• Experience with CCTV/Access Control systems is a plus.
