Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot desktops and laptops for L1, L2, and L3 support levels; manage backup and recovery.
• Provide knowledge of MS Outlook and configure related settings.
• Resolve printer, scanner, and LAN-related issues reported by users.
• Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks for various software applications.
• Remotely resolve mail configuration issues via meetings or remote desktop sharing.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and printers.
• Install applications, troubleshoot issues, take data backups, and upgrade systems.
• Troubleshoot all types of hardware and software application problems.
• Monitor, track, and organize open tickets by priority and forward to appropriate team member.
