Job summary

Milacron India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a field service professional to provide end-to-end support for customers from machine installation to breakdown and spare parts assistance.

You will coordinate pre-installation needs, train customers on operation and troubleshooting, and drive aftermarket revenue through spare parts and service offerings.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical
• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support to customers from installation to breakdown and spare parts support.
• Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers.
• Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions for machines and ensure global actions.
• Provide training to customers on machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Retain existing customers and visit them to convert to repeat business.
• Submit field return parts to factory for warranty analysis and cost recovery.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain history files.
• Generate Engineering Request Notes for machine modifications.
• Generate spare parts business and develop spare parts recommendations.
• Prepare and submit service reports for each machine.
• Provide support and suggestions to design, assembly and testing teams.
• Develop free-of-charge spare kit to support sales engineers.
• Collect balances for spare parts payments.

Role & responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to provide end to end support to customers from installations of machines to breakdown and spares support. Also responsible for aftermarket sales revenue for the territory.

Work Youll Do:

• To Provide End to End support to customers from Installation of Machines to breakdown calls, machine problem, Spare Support, Training for Machine Operating, Processing Problem and Mold trails etc.
• Coordinate for pre installation requirement with customer.
• Developing & Implementation of the Corrective / Preventive actions for any Machine & further ensuring the Global Action of All Machines. Responsible for trouble shooting and providing solutions to overcome the problem.
• Provide training to customers for the Machine Operating & Trouble Shooting of Machine Issue
• Responsible for retention of existing customers and visiting customers regularly to ensure liaison & converting them into repeat customers,
• Submitting the Field return part to factory for analysis as well as to recover cost of warranty of the part.
• Ensuring compliance to operational control procedure requirements & maintain history file.
• Generation of ERN (Engineering Request Note) for Modification in Machines
• Generation of Spare Parts Business & Developing the Spare Parts recommendation
• Preparing & Submission of Service Report for each machine
• Providing Support & Suggestions to Design, Assembly & Testing Team
• Developing the FOC Spare Kit to Support Sales Engineers.
• Collection of Balance Payments for Spare parts.
