Job summary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing and commissioning machines at customer sites, training customers on proper machine operation and usage, and providing ongoing technical support. This includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and guiding customers on the proper maintenance and upkeep of the machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Provide after-sales support services to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to electrical maintenance, panel wiring, PLC programming, servo drives, and servo motors.
  
• Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair faulty equipment or systems at customer locations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensuring prompt follow-ups on service requests.
