Job summary

Potential Engineering in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma or Degree to oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment. You will work with clients, engineers and technicians to ensure services are delivered efficiently.

The role requires knowledge of fabrication and machine shop, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and service equipment and related devices.
• Repair faults, service equipment and develop preventative maintenance strategies.
• Communicate with clients, engineers and technicians to ensure services are delivered.
• Provide technical support and assist customers with service requests and feedback.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of equipment and associated other equipment.

2. Responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals.

3. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

4. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. you will be responsible for providing technical support and helping our customers

5. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
