Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead - US IT Recruiter with 5–8 years of hands-on US staffing experience.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing IT professionals for US-based roles across contract, contract-to-hire and full-time engagements. The candidate should know US visa classifications, tax terms (W2/C2C/1099), and have strong sourcing skills using multiple portals and ATS/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment/US staffing.
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations.
• Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS and CRM tools.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS or implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
• Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication skills, work authorization, and overall fit.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT professionals.
• Track candidate progress and update ATS/CRM systems regularly.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure timely submissions and meet recruitment targets and SLAs.
• Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, visa policies, and staffing practices.
