Job summary

LTM in Chennai is seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US recruitment from India. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to fill W2, C2C, 1099 and full-time roles for US clients.

Noida, Hyderabad, or Chennai locations may apply; night shifts may be required. The role requires 5–9 years in US IT recruitment, strong visa knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment for US clients.
• Solid knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and visa status.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple visa types (W2, C2C, 1099) and full-time roles.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment MIS reports.

Senior US IT Recruiter

Work Location: India- Noida | Hyderabad | Chennai

Experience Range: 5 to 9 years

Night Shift: Timings 6:30PM IST to 3:30PM IST

MUST HAVE

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment. Hands on to support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types including H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN Visa.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sourcing | Screening | Interviewing

• Source candidates through job portals- Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.
• LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and databases.

• Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication, visa status, and candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Negotiation & Offer Closer

• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

System | Compliance | MIS

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, compliance requirements, and hiring processes.
• Provide/ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
