Job summary

Seneca Resources in Chennai is seeking a US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the US market, onsite in Gopalapuram.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding, while maintaining an active ATS/CRM and collaborating with account managers to meet hiring targets.

• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess technical/functional fit.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Role Summary

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess technical/functional fit.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers/Recruitment Leads to meet hiring targets.

Requirements

• 2 - 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, job markets, and employment types.
• Experience with W2, C2C, 1099 and work authorization concepts.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS/CRM and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet turnaround/time‑to‑submit targets.
