• 1–5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Knowledge of work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN Visa, EAD).
• Experience using major job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT candidates for US-based clients via portals, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical fit and work authorization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, submission, interview coordination, offers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand technical needs and deliver profiles on time.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various employment types.
• Use Boolean search and ATS/CRM tools for efficient sourcing and data management.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process to ensure placements.
• Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa classifications, and best practices.

Job Summary

The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across various technologies for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience with the US staffing process, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT candidates for US-based clients through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and work authorization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, submission, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver suitable profiles on time.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time opportunities.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and ATS tools for efficient candidate sourcing and database management.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure successful placements.
• Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa classifications, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:
