ADPMN IT Solutions in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a US IT Recruiter to onboard top IT talent for US-based clients. This onsite role covers contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements, with US business hours in focus.

The candidate should bring extensive US staffing experience and strong communication skills. The position requires night-shift readiness, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with W2/C2C/1099 tax terms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Knowledge of work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN Visa, EAD).
• Experience using major job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT candidates for US-based clients through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and work authorization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, submission, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver suitable profiles on time.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time opportunities.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and ATS tools for efficient candidate sourcing and database management.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure successful placements.
• Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa classifications, and recruitment best practices.
