Job summary

Resource Logistics Inc. in Chennai is seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing across Direct Clients, State Clients, Implementation Partners, and MSP/VMS.

The role requires 3–5+ years of experience, onboarding responsibilities, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The position is onsite with US night shift hours, demanding strong sourcing via multiple platforms and excellent negotiation and communication skills to deliver timely, quality

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Diva and more.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, communication, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate rates and offers (hourly, C2C/W2, 1099) with candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and accurate ATS records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Resource Logistics Inc. is hiring experienced and passionate US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Chennai. We are looking for professionals with strong experience in end-to-end US IT staffing, capable of handling multiple requirements across Direct Clients, State Clients, Implementation Partners, and MSP/VMS while delivering quality submissions within client timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Work on requirements from Direct Clients, State Clients, Implementation Partners, and MSP/VMS.
• Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously while meeting submission and closure targets.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Diva, internal ATS, resume databases, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess technical fit, communication skills, availability, and project experience.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate hourly rates, salaries, C2C/W2 rates, and offer terms with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure quality submissions and maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality submissions and excellent turnaround time.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Prior experience working with Direct Clients, State Clients, Implementation Partners, and MSP/VMS is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the complete US staffing and recruitment life cycle.
• Hands-on experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Diva, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong expertise in Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn sourcing, and advanced recruitment techniques.
• Good understanding of US work authorizations, including US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT/CPT, GC EAD, TN, and other visa categories.
• Good knowledge of employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Excellent negotiation skills for hourly rates, salaries, and candidate offers.
• Strong understanding of IT job requirements and ability to recruit across various technical domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

• Experience recruiting for Direct Clients, State Clients, and Implementation Partners.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and meeting client SLAs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality delivery.
