Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a recruitment leader to drive executive and leadership hiring strategies in Haryana, India. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, map markets for sourcing, and deliver data-driven dashboards to forecast future talent needs.

The role requires high integrity in compliance and effective communication of processes and new initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison for the RPO team, handling confidential interviews, references, and strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and executive recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to conduct confidential interviews and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with the stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in Leadership hiring, Non IT hiring, CXO Hirings, Executive hirings, Market mapping, head hunting and market intelligence.
• Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards with data driven decisions on future requirements.
• Formulate strategy on future recruitment requirements and ensure sourcing is aligned with business objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
• Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance to client and ensure zero deviations.
• Communicate Taggd process and benefits to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.
• Conduct confidential interviews, follow‑up references and check credits.
• Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
