Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Chennai (Oragadam) is seeking a Recruiter with 3+ years of non-IT experience to lead leadership searches and executive hiring. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and drive data-driven recruitment dashboards.

Role focuses on strategic sourcing for automotive and manufacturing sectors, including market intelligence, headhunting, and guiding future recruitment plans for multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Any graduate + MBA (HR).
• 3+ years of experience in NON-IT recruitment.
• Experience in Leadership hiring, Head Hunting, Xray Search, Executive Search.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in Leadership hiring, Non IT hiring, CXO Hirings, Executive hirings, Market mapping, head hunting and market intelligence.
• Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards with data driven decisions on future requirements.
• Formulate strategy on future recruitment requirements and ensure sourcing is aligned with business objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
• Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance to client and ensure zero deviations.
• Communicate Taggd process and benefits to key stakeholders ,including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.
• Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
• Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
