Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking an experienced recruitment professional specializing in Leadership, Non-IT, Manufacturing, and Executive hiring. You will map markets, head hunt for top talent, and deliver market insights while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will also develop regular dashboards to guide future recruitment needs, align sourcing with business objectives, and communicate process improvements and ethics to clients and the RPO team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Leadership, Non-IT, Manufacturing and Executive hiring.
• Proficient in market mapping, head hunting and market intelligence.
• Ability to build regular, data-driven dashboards for decisions.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with stakeholders.
• Apply extensive leadership, non-IT, manufacturing and executive hiring expertise.
• Ensure regular dashboards with data-driven decisions on future requirements.
• Formulate strategy for future recruitment requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Act on feedback to drive optimum solutions for all parties.
• Communicate Taggd ethics and compliance to client with zero deviations.
• Explain Taggd processes and benefits to stakeholders, noting changes and new initiatives.
• Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and credit checks.
• Be a primary contact for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries for the RPO team.
