Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking an experienced recruitment leader in Tamil Nadu to drive leadership and CXO hiring, market mapping, and strategic sourcing for RPO engagements. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, deliver regular dashboards that guide future hiring, and ensure compliance and process improvements across recruitment programs.

The role requires managing confidential interviews, references, and acting as a primary contact for recruitment strategy queries

Qualifications

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in Leadership hiring, Non IT hiring, CXO Hirings, Executive hirings, Market mapping, head hunting and market intelligence.
• Formulate strategy on future recruitment requirements and ensure sourcing is aligned with business objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
• Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance to client and ensure zero deviations.
• Communicate Taggd process and benefits to key stakeholders ,including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.
• Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
• Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
