Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Mumbai seeks a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple roles, aligning with management to hire and retain top talent.

You will source candidates, post jobs on social media and boards, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support final offer negotiations while maintaining robust candidate records and timely status updates. This role collaborates with diverse departments to understand hiring needs and drive successful hires.

• Experience screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.

• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
