Job summary

Taggd is a digital recruitment platform in India, seeking a Senior Manager from a preferred RPO industry to lead P&L, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery to clients.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns, develop a Talent Pool framework, coordinate onsite and offshore teams, and mentor the sourcing staff while ensuring accurate reporting and performance against targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L of the entire project.
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, HR contacts, and across Taggd.
• Ensure efficient delivery of the solution, in line with contractual obligations and client service.
• Contribute to the commercial success of the account through monthly and annual targets.
• Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer-term client requirements.
• Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation and sourcing strategies.
• Work with sourcing and operations teams to ensure smooth client and candidate experiences.
• Mentor and guide the recruitment team on best practices and client culture.
• Ensure all Taggd and client systems are updated correctly and timely.
• Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting.
• Manage workload allocation within the teams, including volume forecasting and leave management.

We are looking for a Senior Manager from a preferred RPO industry.

• Lead P&L of the entire project.
• Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business.
• Ensure efficient delivery of the solution, in line with contractual obligations and client service.
• Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer-term client requirements.
• Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and an articulated engagement plan per role type.
• Work effectively with the sourcing and operations team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.
• Team Management – Mentor and guide members of the sourcing and recruitment team on best practice approaches and client culture, and support them in achieving success in their roles.
• Ensure all Taggd and client systems are updated correctly and in a timely manner.
• Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting.
• Manage workload allocation within the teams, both onsite and offshore, including volume forecasting, headcount planning, and leave management.
