Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Pune, India is seeking a dedicated recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles. You will partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs, craft compelling job postings, and source top talent through diverse channels.

You will screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and assist with offers while maintaining accurate candidate records and timely updates.

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
• Build relationships with internal management to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and release job postings on platforms such as social media and job boards.
• Use multiple sourcing channels and innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
• Screen resumes, qualify candidates, conduct interviews, and assist with offers.
• Maintain a database of candidate records and relationships, including active and passive prospects.
• Follow up on interview status and update records in the internal database.

• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
