Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Cluster Business Manager – Secured & Unsecured Lending Business to lead sales growth and portfolio expansion. You will drive budgeted volumes, build a regional sales structure, and coordinate with branches on product distribution to strengthen the lending book.

With 10+ years in secured or unsecured lending, you will manage cross-sell initiatives, supervise soft collections, and collaborate with Credit & Risk on product rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience in secured and unsecured lending businesses.
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• MBA or UG/PG qualifications are preferred.
• Ability to lead sales teams and coordinate with Credit & Risk.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of Budgeted Sales Volumes.
• Build relevant Sales structuer for State/region.
• Work with branches on necessary products and distribution to build the portfolio.
• Achievement of cross sell targets.
• Responsible for soft bucket collections and maintain delinquency as per desired level.
• Work closely with Credit & Risk departments on product and process roll outs.
• Adhere & roll out Audit compliance /requirement to Sales vertical.
• Responsible for metrics IRR, process fee & ATS.
• Drive cross sell initiatives like insurance, other products through the team as well as the branches.
