Job summary

• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience with bulk hiring in a fast-paced BPO environment.

• Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
