Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions across industries.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Prepare candidate reports, interview feedback, and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS platforms.
