Job summary

AMS in Bengaluru (hybrid; minimum 3 days in office) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support BFSI hiring for a leading banking client. The role involves sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, offer management, and closing mandates across multiple vacancies.

Candidates with 6+ years in recruitment and 3-4 years of end-to-end BFSI non-tech experience are preferred. Only applicants with BFSI and related experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of overall recruitment experience.
• 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in BFSI Non-Tech hiring.
• Experience with sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, offers, and closing mandates.
• Candidates from peer banks, financial services organizations, or RPOs supporting BFSI clients preferred.
• Note: Candidates with experience limited to Retail Banking hiring only will not be considered.
