Job summary

GetWork is seeking an motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end BFSI recruitment across Banking, NBFC & Insurance sectors. You will source, screen and coordinate with candidates to ensure timely closures and a smooth hiring process.

The ideal candidate has graduate education, strong communication, proficiency with major portals (Naukri, Apna, Shine, LinkedIn) and a target-driven mindset. Freshers may apply; experience in BFSI hiring is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; HR or management background preferred.
• Experience in BFSI recruitment or related sectors.
• Freshers with strong communication may apply.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Shine and LinkedIn.
• Good communication, negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Banking, NBFC and Insurance profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine, referrals and other recruitment platforms.
• Handle hiring for sales, relationship management, branch banking, CASA, loans, credit, collections and insurance sales profiles.
• Screen candidates based on experience, salary, location, communication skills and notice period.
• Conduct initial screening calls and explain job roles and requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and manage candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets, including lineups, selections and joinings.
• Build and maintain a strong database of relevant candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining ratios.
