Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple business clusters. You will drive sourcing via social and professional networks, handle escalations, and align recruitment with business priorities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Based at work from office, 5 days a week, Navi Mumbai area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in BFSI, Capital Market or banking domain is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for one or more business clusters.
• Drive sourcing using internet, social and professional networks to identify candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment activities for current and proactive needs.
• Provide market inputs through quick research as required by the business.
• Build relationships with external channel partners.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment for one or multiple business clusters


• Drive the sourcing agenda to meet the recruitment target using new age recruiting techniques like the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source right candidates


• Drive the recruitment activities for the current and future proactive needs of the business


• Provide strategic market inputs through quick research as the business needs


• Build a strong relationship with new and existing external channel partners


• Driving high quality-standards in hiring practices as against measured KPIs (Time to fill, CPH, Employee satisfaction survey, Channel utilization, cost savings etc.)


• Develop strong professional relations across all levels of the business. Having right Business Acumen to visualize things from larger organization agenda


• Manage Escalations.


• Proactively identifying issues and resolving it.


• Handle high-end niche skills requirement

Skills / competency requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues on a day to day basis.


• Ability to consistently work accurately under pressure


• Previous experience and knowledge of BFSI, Capital Market or banking domain is an added advantage


• Ability to work as a team member.

Preferred candidate profile

• Overall 3+ Yrs. of recruiting experience


• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment


• Proven ability to stand up and mentor highly motivated recruitment organization


• Preferred - MBA or Specialized Post Graduate Degree in HR or Management degree from any recognized institute


• Strong Communication skills (Oral & written), analytical, Customer Service, Problem Solving and Business presentable skills.


• Any experience with Non- IT hiring. Capital market experience is a plus.


• Demonstrated ability to prioritize & drive competing for work demands, within assigned deadlines
